When Americans start debating publicly whether it is right or wrong for the President of the United States to tell American students, in a nationwide broadcast, the importance of studying hard and doing their best in school, then the entire nation is at serious risk of becoming nothing less than a team of fools...
This one American black man, Barrack Obama, has stirred up much fear and hatred in millions of white conservative "Christian" based Americans who refuse to accept the fact that he is their President. In their jaded and sick narrative, they have lodged accusations against Obama ranging from America hater to terrorist enabler, anti-Christian to Muslim, intemperate American to illegal alien from Kenya...
They say Obama wants to establish "death panels," and "pull the plug" on seniors. Now he is accused of being a Nazi with the leadership style of Hitler, and the broadcast agenda of Joseph Goebbels. Who really believes that?
How sick... How racist... How unintelligent.
Putting it all in an educational perspective, parents and teachers need all the help we can get in helping students excel. It was George W. Bush who was inside Florida's Emma E. Booker Elementary School classroom at the exact time we suffered the 9/11 attacks. He was there to encourage students to do well in school...
George H.W. Bush and Ronald Reagan both delivered special messages to American students through American media. Those former students are now parents who want to keep their children from hearing anything Obama has to say about the importance of education.
How sick... How hypocritical... How foolish.
Despite all of this hateful rhetoric, Obama remains popular... But what's next in their racist "tea-bag" of tricks? "Onward, Christian Bigots!"
GOP hatred for Obama has all become dangerously silly, and it is good to finally hear and see a major news outlet calling it by its right name...
It is flat out STUPID.
